The world of endovascular treatment is ever-evolving thanks to the development of equipment, and the device time lag between Japan and other countries has been gradually disappearing, making it possible to perform similar treatment all over the world.
In addition, modern needs and improved treatment outcomes have made revascularization in the acute phase of cerebral infarction as essential a treatment as clipping.
